Hector Remarkable: London Police say they still don't know why 52-year-old Ricky Lovins of Corbin was lying in the grass near the intersection of U.S. 25 and the Hal Rogers Pkwy. with his penis exposed.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it was in order to masturbate.

Mentat: showed no signs of drug or alcohol use, mental illness, or being mentally challenged

Is this by Kentucky standards or normal standards?

Gravity effects the naked differently in Kentucky.

While at UK I saw a naked stripper slide upside down out of the window of my jeep while trying to lean backward and touch the pavement. The way she sort of slid UP the door then out is what clued me to the different gravity. Thanks for the memories Julie.
