"we know very little about our President."

It's almost like its friggin 2008 all over again.

2012-10-24 01:13:29 PM

Anthracite: If employers can ask this information from their prospective employees, they why can't the American people see school records from their president? can someone tell me please?

Name one other President that's been nagged at to release their school records and/or their birth certificate. Just one.

2012-10-24 01:13:34 PM
Obama was a terrible student in college and benefited greatly from affirmative action. Romney dodged a bunch of taxes in 2009. It's actually pretty obvious why neither want their records released...

2012-10-24 01:13:39 PM
What the hell is that thing on his head? It looks like a hair cap.

2012-10-24 01:13:41 PM

kvinesknows: "If all records are given to my satisfaction." nice caveat. which basically means that no matter what he turned over it would not be good enough.

I think this is a win-win for Trump either way.

If BO doesn't give in, Trump gains notoriety as the man who proved that BO is so afraid of his records being made public that he won't release them for charity.
If BO does give in, he is the man who gains notoriety for getting the President to release these records.

In Trump's mind, publicity is an end unto itself. Actually kinda well played on his part for that reason

2012-10-24 01:13:47 PM

ToxicMunkee: I demand to see Obama's crayon drawings from 2nd grade. Only then will he be truly transparent.

It may take a while to ship them from Kenya.

2012-10-24 01:13:51 PM
charities are gay

2012-10-24 01:14:08 PM

Brick-House: ourbigdumbmouth: Trump is a goof ball, and playing into his game is a waste of time for the President, but I think Obama should do it. He really has nothing to lose.

And everyone knows passports are easy to fake anyways.

So are birth certificates

Lol

Riiiight
*HUGE eye roll

2012-10-24 01:14:23 PM

ourbigdumbmouth: And everyone knows passports are easy to fake anyways.

Exactly. If Trump had thought his clever idea through for more than eight or ten seconds, he would conclude that blackmailing someone WHO TELLS THE FARKING CIA WHAT TO DO isn't the best strategy.

2012-10-24 01:14:24 PM

Jackson Herring: sprawl15: Obama is the least transparent president in history!

His tinting is at least three shades darker than the legal limit!

thanks alot limobama

Its things like this that have both of you on my favorites.

2012-10-24 01:14:25 PM
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard. What the hell do they think they're going to find in there? A couple B's?

Anthracite: If employers can ask this information from their prospective employees, they why can't the American people see school records from their president?

You are right, Romney should show us his 2009 taxes.

2012-10-24 01:14:45 PM

xtragrind: Obama was a terrible student in college and benefited greatly from affirmative action.

They frequently make terrible black students president of the Harvard Law Review.

2012-10-24 01:14:45 PM
Its sad what the modern Republican Party has fallen to.

2012-10-24 01:14:46 PM
Leave it to that douchebag to make politics seem unsavory.

2012-10-24 01:15:18 PM
How is this blackmail?

/oh, it isn't.

[insertyou keep using that word.gif]

2012-10-24 01:15:23 PM

cameroncrazy1984: Obama should respond by getting a grassroots donation campaign going. Easiest response ever.

It would be easier and even more appropriate for Obama to just not acknowledge Trump in any way, ever.

I will make a monetary donation to any charity of Donald Trump's choosing--The All-Important Narcissism Council of America, Needy Bald People United, New Yorkers Who Need A Beatin', any charity--if Ivanka Trump will give me to my satisfaction a handy.

It must be done by the end of this day. Because, frankly, I can't wait much longer than that.

2012-10-24 01:15:51 PM
Nice.. Obama can't do that of course. It'll show that he got scholarships as a foreign exchange student .. or something like that.

<b><a href="http://www.fark.com/comments/7398733/80232475#c80232475" target="_blank">Angry Drunk Bureaucrat</a>:</b> <i>feckingmorons: I'll send Trump all my records if he sends the local humane society fifty bucks.

I'll send Trump $50 if he euthanizes the thing living on his <strike>head</strike></i> NECK.

There, fixed that for posterity.

2012-10-24 01:16:16 PM

CPennypacker: There is a 2% chance he would actually make this donation.

It's tax-deductible. Of course he would.

2012-10-24 01:16:17 PM
If his "October Surprise" was to say a bunch of things so stupid that my IQ dropped five points just listening to it, then congrats Donald; this is a resounding success.

2012-10-24 01:16:20 PM
Just for giggles, Obama should have the CIA send someone to leave a pleasant note on Trumps chest during the night, just to let him know he's not untouchable

2012-10-24 01:16:34 PM
"very proud I got him to release his birth certificate"

wait a second wait a second wait a second....

does this mean he actually admits that Obumer was born in the US of A and in one stroke trump has killed the birther movement for once and for all?

2012-10-24 01:16:47 PM

urbangirl: keylock71: Heh... Why do people pay attention to this colossal, self-aggrandizing asshole?

Well, Anne has written a number of...oh wait. Wrong colossal, self-aggrandizing asshole.

Heh...Nice. Anne would have thrown in a few offensive words, though.

It's really not surprising a rich, selfish prick like Trump supports another rich, selfish prick like Romney, either...

"Money speaks for money.
The Devil for his own.
But who comes to speak for the flesh and the bone?"

2012-10-24 01:17:19 PM

serpent_sky: After a certain point (usually after you have had your first job out of college) they stop asking about college, anyway, since what you have done professionally is more important.

Unless you apply for a government job.

2012-10-24 01:17:20 PM

Dancin_In_Anson: Blackmail?

Whitemail? This election is so confusing.

2012-10-24 01:17:23 PM
"...if it's complete...". That's the catch. Who determines if the records are complete?

2012-10-24 01:17:26 PM
Damn it.

Broke it for posterity.

2012-10-24 01:17:31 PM
Nice move, Donald!

The MSM is quick as lightening to publish ANY dirt on Republicans (like Bush's fake Air National Guard memo) but the MSM calmly ignores questions about the free ride the Anointed One got in college.

Nice way to bring it to the front burner there, Mr. Trump....

/Obama hates curing Cancer!!

2012-10-24 01:17:35 PM
He's scheduled to be on Letterman Tomorrow night . That should be fun.

2012-10-24 01:17:47 PM
I offer $100 if Trump will let me pull on his hair.

xtragrind: Obama was a terrible student in college and benefited greatly from affirmative action. Romney dodged a bunch of taxes in 2009. It's actually pretty obvious why neither want their records released...

Yes, I am sure they hand over the title of Editor of the Harvard Law Review to C students.

xtragrind: Obama was a terrible student in college and benefited greatly from affirmative action. Romney dodged a bunch of taxes in 2009. It's actually pretty obvious why neither want their records released...

Actually, dodging those taxes was in fact a crime - a felony even - before the amnesty in 2009. Obama might not have been straight As through college, but Harvard Law school doesn't let you in unless you have either outstanding academic performance or a fat wallet.

2012-10-24 01:18:03 PM
So, this is the right-wing version of "Whar jorge bush are fors recordz? WHAAAAR?" that ended up with Dan Rather ruining his reputation and resigning in disgrace? If only the same thing would happen to Trump. It won't, though, because whatever else one might think of Dan Rather, he had a sense of shame and accepted responsibility for letting his passions cloud his judgment. Trump? No.

(Countdown to people who can't, ahem, "Move On" explaining how, NO, It's NOT the same wharrrgrabl false equivalency wharrgarble imeach war criminal Bu$h stole the election wharrrgarbl in five, four, three, two....)

Tax deductible is still a net cash loss

2012-10-24 01:18:18 PM
Even though Trump is a thoroughly despicable excuse for a human being, I would LOVE to see Pres. Obama call his bluff and release the info. Then insist that the money be donated to Planned Parenthood, PFLAG, GLAAD, and HRC.

But it will never happen. Besides, as mentioned, does Trump even HAVE $5,000,000.00 in cash?

The sad thing is, the Obama haters will see a refusal as an admission of some sort of guilt, as something to hide. No president or candidate in history has been asked to reveal so much. Racism, pure and simple.

2012-10-24 01:18:18 PM

Lost Thought 00: Just for giggles, Obama should have the CIA send someone to leave a pleasant note on Trumps chest during the night, just to let him know he's not untouchable

The note should just read: "Double Tap"

2012-10-24 01:18:27 PM

blacksho89: mightybaldking: What's stupid about this is no one keeps those records.

I have a degree, and I could mail in for a transcript. No problem. I have no clue about my application. Once I was accepted, the application ceased to matter.

I have never kept a copy of my passport application. I handed it over to the dour clerk on the other side of the counter. I've got one current passport, and one expired one.

Even if Obama wanted to comply, I doubt he could.

The college has your college application, as does the passport office your passport application.

While it MAYBE possible the passport office kept that application I do not believe that nay college , especially in the pre-hard-drive era would keep a record this unimportant for more than 5 years max

Anthracite: If employers can ask this information from their prospective employees, they why can't the American people see school records from their president?

I'm 60 years old. In all my years of employment I have never been asked, not even once, for my school records. Is this something that employers in your area commonly do?

Also, can you name one other President who has ever been asked to show his birth certificate or school records?

Donald Trump gargles with Summer's Eve every morning.

2012-10-24 01:18:54 PM
Obama should do it, and then ask Trump to give $5 million to a Kenyan humanitarian fund.

2012-10-24 01:18:57 PM

Balder333: fark you Trump. Forget this shiat and give the money to charity anyway.

What an asshole.

The ultimate "FU" to Trump would be Warren Buffett giving the $5 Million to charity anyway and flipping Trump the bird in front of the TV cameras.

That would be so farking epic...even Romney would have to call Trump an asshole for that.

2012-10-24 01:19:03 PM
How long will it take to forge those documents?

2012-10-24 01:19:12 PM

KarmicDisaster: I offer $100 if Trump will let me pull on his hair.

Id offer him $1000 to let me eat a piece of ham off of him.

2012-10-24 01:19:15 PM

Solchie: I can't wait to see if Allred has something worthwhile on Romney, or is just blowing smoke. Sounds like it could be juicy.

She has perjury during testimony in his business partner's divorce. He said Staples was worthless then a month later cashed in millions in stock in the company.

not really how tax-deductions work
