Verrai: Tell Me How My Blog Tastes: It said that he's the porn directory's first "exclusively male" actor. I'm guessing it'd be more like Prince Charming and the 7 dudes then.

No, it says "exclusive male", which is different. It means he signed an exclusive contract with them, so he wouldn't be appearing in other porn studios' productions. Since he was their first exclusive male porn actor, presumably they've had a lot of exclusive female porn actors and are thus a straight porn studio.

Also pretty sure there are basically no porn studios that do both straight and gay porn (though some do straight and "lesbian" porn).

Yeah, I think there's a difference between "straight" lesbian porn and actual lesbian porn... I saw some the other day and realized like 20 minutes in that this was not made for hetero males. The action and camera shots were waaaaaay different.

I was afraid it was the dude on Once and they'd have to come up with some 'Regina casts a shape-shift spell on him' bullshiat to explain a cast change.

Should I feel bad that Once Upon a Time is starting to grow on me?

No. It's well-written, and Robert Carlyle's performance is ten pounds of awesome in a five-pound bag.

I love whenever Carlyle's on-screen. Who cares if he's leaving teethmarks on the scenery--he's awesome! I like the show a lot but wouldn't call it particularly well-written. The dialogue is hokey at times and there are HUGE plot holes that you have to constantly overlook (so there's no magic but Maleficent was a dragon the whole time. Charming's mother didn't drink the water, saving it so that Snow would drink it when she got married...but she didn't know Snow would decide to get married right then or that Lancelot would perform the wedding....AAARGGH!!) And for every good actor on there (Carlyle's in a class by himself but Lana Parilla's pretty good and the kid who plays Henry doesn't make me want to strangle him) there's the piece of wood playing Mulan and the whiny milquetoast playing Jiminy Cricket.

But still I watch it. I like that Regina was manipulated and twisted by Rumpelstiltskin and her mother and the tenderness Snow shows towards Emma. Plus, there's the added fun of picking out random stuff, like Aladdin's lamp in Gold's pawn shop or the chipped cup Belle drinks from.

I liked the understatement of Jack Spratt's appearance. Skinny guy opens door, fat woman slams it.

Panto, as in short for pantomime? That seems to be a mislabeling.
Of course an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical where everyone kept their got damn mouths shut would be an improvement.
