See, this is just liberal distortion, taking things out of context. In the first quote, he's clearly talking about al Qaeda and the geopolitical issues that come with pursuing a non-state actor across sovereign lines. It's one thing when the country is consenting, but when you look at, say, Pakistan where even asking consent is a massive security leak, you must be very careful and oftentimes raw killing is not an ideal option. In the second quite, Romney is pretty clearly talking about poor people who get sick.

As someone in another thread said, this Romney campaign has truly become a grand experiment to see if someone can win an election with absolutely no principles or beliefs. I have absolutely NO idea what Romney would do if it was up to him if he was elected.
