They ought to put one somewhere in every scene he's in, just to see who notices.

All I can say, is that if I don't get a damn MODOK in the next few years I'm going to be pretty sad.

/I would literally kill if it would mean a Nextwave movie, with no stops pulled

I'm cool with Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin, but I always thought Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa would fit the role, on sheer attitude if nothing else.

Tagawa would be better as Mandarin's son, Temugin, who usurped the rings and the title from his father for a short time.

Oh hell yes. On the other hand, he's 62.

I'd give anything to see a MODOK-Elvis on screen.

I wonder what would happen if they had Colin Farrell play T'Challa

People would remember his turn as Bullseye and be correctly outraged that he were given another opportunity to fark up a comic book character.

ExperianScaresCthulhu: When white people tell themselves that a white got the job because of merit, that there were not qualified non-white actors for a role, there's a problem. So fk whites. Realize that whites aren't getting roles because they are more qualified, but because Hollywood bean counters have done the math... or are bigots themselves.

Lighten up....

I read that they used MCD to play KingPin, because they could not find a white guy of appropriate stature who could act.

If Sir MOTHERfarkIN' Ben MOTHERfarkIN' Kingsley want to play The Mandarin, then he plays The Mandarin. If he wants to play T'Challa, he plays T'Challa.

Why?

He's Sir Motherfarkin' Ben Motherfarkin' Kingsley - that's why. Sit down, shut up and save your place in line, since you know you'll be there - opening night.

unlikely: Looking at the IMDB entry and all the names represented in the cast, I worry that this movie is going to fall into "Too Many Villains" syndrome.

Why does every superhero franchise have to keep adding villains with each sequel? Haven't they figured out by now that adding villains is the step before "complete fail"?

They should have gotten Gede Wantanabe to play the Mandarin.

What'd he get wrong on Bullseye?

I thought he was oddly likable, for a killer.

I didn't hate him for the role, I just thought it was a miss. He could probably knock that shiat out of the park today.
