Bf+: spelletrader: they have many blue collar friends their...Meanwhile their mousy school teacher wives...we don't visit very oftenPerhaps you should, amiright?/Amiright?//This thing on?
ultraholland: I live and work in Hampton Roads and let me tell you, motherfarkers are racist as shiat down there; that coupled with AM talk radio pounding nonsense into their heads makes it very difficult to to have a meaningful, constructive dialogue about the issues. I've actually taken to not engaging in politics because I know where they stand and they know where I stand; it becomes a losing battle, especially when they substitute their farked up Obama-Bad reality.
Epoch_Zero: It isn't in Missouri either.csbThere is a democratic campaign location that I pass by daily on this back road. It has two of every democratic candidate's yard sign on it... except for only one Obama/Biden sign. Someone whose neck is likely red has thrown a dehorned dead deer onto the lawn of this place, crushing the Obama sign. It looked to be stabbed several times as well. Missouri is super classy./csb
organizmx: "They blame Obama, big time," said Maiorana. "This state is all about getting as many resources out of the ground as possible, with no regulation. Everyone is sick, everyone's got cancer, but they just want to be left alone."
DubyaHater: guilt by association:DubyaHater: Come on down to SW Virginia. In my neighborhood of Salem, VA, I am the only Obama supporter in a sea of Romney/Ryan signs. The larger city of Roanoke isn't much better. The "Sportsmen for Romney/Ryan" signs are sprouting like weeds. I doubt Obama will be carrying Virginia this time around./Obama should just spend all his time in Ohio and Colorado.Quite sad really, but hardly surprising. I made a trip to Salem/Roanoke back in September 2008 and remember seeing lots of Obama signs.Times have changed. I put a Obama/Biden in my window and within a week, I had garbage from Chik-fil-A and multiple mailers from Karl Rove's SuperPAC shoved in my mailbox. I took the sign down, because I don't need that kind of attention.

Rapmaster2000: "If you voted the last election to prove you weren't racist, vote this election to prove you're not an idiot,Obama only won because people wanted to prove through their secret vote that they aren't racist so now that that's out of their system this should be a cakewalk for Romney. Sounds legit.
born_yesterday: The fact that a turd of a man George Allen can get back into politics is very disappointing.
blackminded: Pocket Ninja: It is if you live in the parts of Virginia where the population, money, and power is concentrated.I live in Loudoun County. So, yes. Georgetown Pike and Harry Byrd are all Romney/Ryan (and Allen) signs, all day.
