The wildest stat from this season is through seven games, his team has given up only 7 points (a garbage time TD in the 1st game). In game 6, they had one cornerback return 2 Pick 6s. In one game, one defender outscored all their opponents for the year.

That'll change probably after next week, they play the 16th ranked team in the country. They are shooting for a NCAA record breaking 7th straight shutout

The guy is 324-24-3. I don't care what level you are coaching, that is a ridiculous record.

Mount Union = amazing program.

I always hated the week when we played Mount Union. Especially the year I was on the student radio crew. Probably the most time I've ever spent not talking about football during a football broadcast because it was such a blowout.

Came to say the same thing. I thought at first it had to be a misprint. I knew about Mount Union, but DAMN. That's incredible.

Given how much Mt. Union outweighs everyone else in DIII, this is like Alabama playing 7 games in a row against mid-quality D-1AA opponents.

It really isn't that impressive.

I was wondering what the odds were on Mount Union and UW-Whitewater meeting in the Stagg Bowl again this year (they've met in the last 7 with UW taking 4 of the 7), but it looks like UW-Whitewater might have problems getting there this year as they already have two losses, including their own homecoming game this past weekend; Maybe it will just be UW-Oshkosh in the Stagg Bowl instead.

Maybe Mount Union needs to let an assistant coach sexually molest young boys for a decade before it can become truly impressive.

I was surprised to see they only have 2175 undergrad students. There are quite a few D3 schools that'll have 10,000+ students and they'll compete against schools with

The first time I ever saw Kehres, I thought "it's Tackleberry" because he strongly resembles the late actor David Graf.
Both Kehres and Graf are about the same age, and both are from Ohio--Kehres from near Youngstown and Graf from near Columbus.

I'm hoping this is the year St. Thomas breaks into the championship game.
