(Some Guy)   Shameless plug for this farker's wife's Pampered Chef business. So many Farkers love to cook, so why not do some holiday shopping and help her business grow? Also, check her out on Facebook @ Beth the GF Chef   (pamperedchef.biz) divider line 25

Meaning no offense to subby, who is just doing what a subby do...

This is why this tab will die.

Great!

I was just sitting here thinking "if only I could find a source of sh@t quality cooking utensils at five times the price so the "hostess" of a sales Ponzi scheme can get a free f@cking frying pan" and poof, there appears your thread.

Asshole

You must really, really love your wife, Subby.

Spam, spam, spam, spam. Honestly, Drew?

Why are you soliciting people to plug your wife subby? She must be one of those girls who likes to get plugged in all three holes, and your two prongs short?

Just wait... the FarkUs tab is going to take off faster than Craigslist did.

i've got a baking or roasting pan that i bought at a pampered chef party more than a decade ago.
it's made of some sort of ceramic stuff and has a million fossilized layers of fat and crud that i don't really want to think about too, too deeply.

but, it never fails to deliver lovely roasted pork loins and chickens.

/the stupid pizza stone dissolved the first time i used it.

IT'S A NEW TAB CALLED FARKUS

BECAUSE ALL POSTS ARE PEOPLE TRYING TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY

Because Pampered Chef sells crap product. That's why not.

So many complaints about the new tab. I don't get it.... Seems like a nice place to put all these plugs an' such. So far, nobody's been dishonest in the headlines --it's all "check out my friend's band", "you might like my new book", etc.

Avoid the tab if you don't like what's here --or click the tab and avoid the "plug"-type posts...is that so hard?

Yes. Any new tab is irresistible, like the new kid in school you gotta pick on.

My wife got invited to a PC party once and was all excited about the crap she bought. I asked her if this meant she was actually going to cook something for once. Not so much. She did make some kind of beer bread, it was ok. I used the spice mixes she got there as a rub, came out tasty iirc.

I find it amusing that people will calmly install software to insure they can't see the ads on Fark, but then complain like crazy about something they can avoid simply by not clicking on it.

I have damn near every item Pampered Chef offers, and a fierce loyalty to my PC "consultant" (who still calls me every 2 months to talk about cooking and their latest gadgets (even though we both moved out of the town where we first met about 3 years ago).

I reward awesome customer service like that. And the few people in here talking about product quality are farking brain-damaged. Or asshats. Or both.

Thanks for the words of support. It is nice to hear one person speak highly of the product when everyone else in the thread behaves like children. I love my wife, and am just trying to help her business while she helps me finish school.

vygramul: I put in a modest order. But I expect you to help give Joe the Bird.

Putting in a donation to help give Joe the bird. Good cause, why did I miss it when it first came up?

The only real sports are mountain climbing, bullfighting and automobile racing..

All the rest are just games.

/yet somehow the nascar thread ends up on the farkus tab.

I love Pampered Chef stuff--great quality cooking gear. I need a few things too, so I'll put in an order next week after we get paid.

My ex-wife sold it too. Had about 95% of what was in the catalog. She took most of it and left me with a few stoneware pieces. Decent stuff no complaints here....

Good Lord, Pampered Chef charges way too much for their products. Ex-wife had a party, and I was floored they wanted over $1000 for cookware.

I don't know of any PC set of cookware that is near $1000. Most of their cookware sets are cheaper than the high end calphalon. You get what you pay for, quality, lifetime warranty, lifetime replacement. Thanks to all who voiced support in this thread and said they would order.
