Mary Ann. In the pooper.

CSB moment: My brother and I met her back in '72 or '73, when our family was on vacation in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. She was performing in the stage version of The Owl and the Pussycat in Tampa, and her motel was next to where we were staying. Needless to say, whoever was footing the bill for her lodging spared every expense; it wasn't exactly the Four Seasons(anyone who has ever been to IRB, especially back then, can attest to the fact that luxury wasn't exactly the norm). Anyway, she was very gracious and posed for a picture with my brother. And yes, she was H-O-T.
End of CSB moment.

Woman's viewpoint. The Professor. Reasonably good looking and smart to boot. Win/Win!

(But I always wanted to hang out with Mrs. Howell; she seemed very nice and would buy you cool crap for no reason at all!)

Everybody knows it's always Mary Ann. Damn horse race journalism.

We always liked this one when I was younger: Claire or Allison from the Breakfast Club

I'd take Amy Farrah Fowler over Ginger.

I've known a few Gingers in my time. One of my oldest friends is a Ginger. I love her dearly, but she is so high maintenance, it isn't funny.

For my generation this choice had been replaced by Jennifer or Bailey. I'm a Bailey man.

The episode where Mary Ann thought she was Ginger, and wants to rehearse a love scene with Gilligan. My favorite Gilligan's Island scene ever. I don't know why the uploader added those ridiculous stars, but you can still get the idea. Even as a seven or eight year old, watching reruns after school back in the early 70's, I couldn't understand why Gilligan ran away. I bet Bob Denver really hated making that episode. She was hotter than sunburn.

So, in 50 years, picks of Alison Brie will be met with cries of "OMG! Kill it with fire!"?

As a girl who grew up watching the reruns I always thought Mary Ann would be the better choice for a friend. Ginger seemed so shallow and high maintenance and would want you around to be the plain girl to make herself look better. Whereas Mary Ann would really BE your friend because she was a nice person.

Insofar as the Samantha/Jennie question I can't see a guy being able to choose between the two, they were equally beautiful and built.

I always wanted Samantha and Lucy to be my Mom and John Wayne and Jerry Lewis to be my Dad. Yeah I know that doesn't make sense, and I'm sure that psychologically that is telling somehow, but hey I'm strange.

Self analysis: I want strong parents that will protect me and are a silly/goofy barrel of fun to be around?!? What say you Farkers with their GED in Human Psychology?

Donna by light years.

Maybe in the first two seasons.

After that, Donna was an anorexic bottle blonde, and Jackie was the hot one.

Respectfully (if that's possible on Fark) disagree.

Donna. Always Donna.

Generic looking broad on unfunny sitcom #1 and Generic looking broad on unfunny sitcom #2.

And you just got forever ignored. Your opinion is no longer relevant.
