Weather in Scotland is dismal this time of year. Damp and dreary. Look at the sky in her picture where she is pointing.

Here's a Scottish power line over a field. See the triple lines?

The lights in the video appear to move around because the camera wasn't held steady. My guess is she saw coronal discharge from the conductors on a wet power pole. No wonder the lights were in the same spot a few hours later. Power poles don't move around.

shower_in_my_socks: The only reason aircraft have lights is because they want to be seen. If a UFO wants to be seen, why the fark doesn't it just land and say hello? Or at least sky-write a message for us.

It;s like us looking at an ant hill. You observe them but you probably wouldn't want to talk to the ants.

Gyrfalcon: They are strange lights! So it must be space aliens! It couldn't POSSIBLY be anything else!!!

they are streetlights, so space aliens couldn't possibly be visiting us. that would be impossible. because we know for certain advanced civilizations can't make that kind of trip, and they would automatically land on the white house lawn anyway

besides it's too much like ridiculous sci-fi.

so pay no attention to the other flying anomalies in the sky that don't act light streetlights. they're obviously not alien. that would be impossible.
