It's hard to believe that people managed to survive before the invention of the multivitamin, or the fish oil pill, or testosterone gels, or whatever else big pharm markets down our throats.
I grew up on a cattle ranch outside of Abilene, TX. There wasn't much time in the morning for breakfast, with ropin' and ridin' to do and all, but there was always time for a big glassful of bull semen. Forget pharmaceuticals - they're 1 part good to 10,000 parts filler. Just go find an animal - the further you go up the food chain, the more nutritious - and force it to ejaculate into your mouth. Trust me - you'll live a lot longer sucking your cat's boner than you will eating those magic beans.

spidermilk:I know adults who can't take pills that aren't chewable/tasty. Seriously if you have diabetes and aren't taking your med because you 'can't swallow pills' you need help.
