Yeah, I think I would have been snickering each time he said 'buttchugging.' But I'm immature like that.

I LOVE headline that have "just kidding" in them! Just kidding, they suck the stank out of a rhino's ass, and the only thing worse than the people who write them is the knuckleheads that green them.

I'd rather not. The comment was based on a comedic line in the video and is intended to go no further.

I'm the douche? All I did was ask what his or her tastes in comedy were. And I prefer Gardnerian Wiccan comedians myself.

In case you're being serious, you should know that "hysterical" has more than one meaning and one of its defintions is synonymous with "funny".

True, it has more than one meaning.

------------------
Dictionary.com says
hys·ter·i·cal /hɪˈstɛrɪkəl/ Show Spelled[hi-ster-i-kuhl] Show IPA
adjective
1. of, pertaining to, or characterized by hysteria.
2. uncontrollably emotional.
3. irrational from fear, emotion, or an emotional shock.
4. causing hysteria.
5. suffering from or subject to hysteria.
------------------
merriam-webster.com says
Definition of HYSTERIA
1: a psychoneurosis marked by emotional excitability and disturbances of the psychic, sensory, vasomotor, and visceral functions
2: behavior exhibiting overwhelming or unmanageable fear or emotional excess
- hys·ter·ic \-ˈter-ik\ noun
- hys·ter·i·cal \-ˈter-i-kəl\ also hysteric adjective
- hys·ter·i·cal·ly \-i-k(ə-)lē\ adverb
------------------
thesaurus.com says
hysterical Visit the shop Example Sentences Main Entry: hysterical [hi-ster-i-kuhl] Show IPA/hɪˈstɛrɪkəl/ Show Spelled
Part of Speech: adjective
Definition: very upset, excited
Synonyms: agitated, berserk, beside oneself, blazing, carried away, convulsive, crazed, crazy, delirious, distracted, distraught, emotional, fiery, frantic, frenzied, fuming, furious, impassioned, impetuous, in a fit, incensed, irrepressible, mad, maddened, nervous, neurotic, overwrought, panic-stricken, passionate, possessed, rabid, raging, rampant, raving, seething, spasmodic, tempestuous, turbulent, uncontrollable, uncontrolled, unnerved, unrestrained, uproarious, vehement, violent, wild, worked up

So, no, I don't see how anything is synonymous with funny. I think hysterical is often inappropriately used because various persons either embrace the slang version because 'that was what I meant' or because they don't realize they mean one thing and say another.

JFC, a semantic argument about whether people use hysterical as a colloquialism for humorous? Does everybody have to just be right about something each day in a Fark thread?

I'm partial to his bit about the whole Coke/Pepsi thing at restaurants... true hilarity. Can't find a video of it though. As for the video in TFA, I got some good laughs out of it.

I've gotta say I LIKE his schtick. Sam Kinison did it too, but he seemed like he was just crazy anyway. Lewis Black has this vibe about him of a normal everyday guy who is just at the end of his rope, finally seeing all the madness about him, and just deciding fark it, why even hold back anymore.

Pretty much, although the show he did in Billings was NOT toned down at all, he ran himself hoarse during the last half; he gave us this humorous offering as well:

"Montana: The Treasure State. One million people so anti-social they started a long-distance support group. The rest of us Americans call that 'The Interstate System'"

/Best line: "Your state motto is in Spanish, half of you speak German, three-quarters are either Indians or Vikings, you've got a gay right parade in every major city, you kicked out the Neo-Nazis, were the first state to pass hate crimes and your biggest city is named after a Heeb like myself - Ladies and Gentlemen, we have found the ONE place in America where there really is equality for all! No wonder you farkers hate everybody."
