Jesus, Rex. I'm saying this as a lifelong Jets fan. Kindly shut the fark up.

I'm no Pats fan, but facing Brady after the 'U Mad Bro' thing, i wouldn't go poking him with a stick

Eh. I honestly find it odd when a coach hedges. He wants a W, is confident in his team, why not talk them up?

Plus it's not like he takes a single bit of flack for being wrong.

Are you guys new to Rex Ryan or something? Even if they had lost last week, he would still be talking trash about the Patriots. It's what he does.

Normally I'd say "just keep heaving it towards McCourty".

Can Sanchez do that? Tebow definitely can't.

I would like to note that the Jets are #1 in the AFC East right now, with a 2-0 divisional record.

Oh, to have the halcyon days of Asante Samuel and Ellis Hobbs again; two still overrated corners who could at least not get torched more than three times a game way downfield.

Found this article:

2003: Defensive back Eugene Wilson (second round), cornerback Asante Samuel (fourth round).

2004: Safeties Guss Scott (third round) and Dexter Reid (fourth round).

2005: Cornerback Ellis Hobbs (third round), safety James Sanders (fourth round)

2007: Safety Brandon Meriweather (first round).

2008: Cornerbacks Terrence Wheatley (second round) and Jonathan Wilhite (fourth round).

2009: Safety Patrick Chung (second round) and cornerback Darius Butler (second round).

2010: Cornerback Devin McCourty (first round).

2011: Cornerback Ras-I Dowling (second round) and defensive back Malcolm Williams (seventh round).

2012: Safety Tavon Wilson (second round), safety Nate Ebner (sixth round) and cornerback Alfonzo Dennard (seventh round).

Everyone prior to 2009 is gone.

And the guys left are mediocre at best.

He just had to stick his foot out there.

Since that whole division is terrible and at best full of average teams, he might be right.

Seems like every good coach has one problem spot they can't evaluate well. Shanahan was atrocious with the D-line. Belichick can't identify talent in the secondary. Gruden collected quarterbacks like trading cards. Maybe he needs Mangini back to draft another Revis...

Rex tells his players they are all the 'bestest players he has ever had!' week in and week out, there is no honest evaluation from Rex, so these guys go out there thinking 'they got this shiat' and then get their faces smashed in more often than not. Coaches should be telling their players that they really kinda suck and nothing they do is really *that* good...the coach ought to be driving them to do better. Chrissake, Sanchez thinks he is elite if you ask him.

That building belongs to the Giants until further notice.

Suck it, Jets fans.

He always builds his team for 1 purpose, to beat the Pats.

Pats/Jets games are usually always fun.

I love the crucifix around his neck. Like we don't know his beliefs already. What an AW.

Thank you, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. This guy could lose every game except the 2 against the Pats, go 2-14 and to him it's a successful season.

That said I do believe Sanchez throws for over 300 this week because that secondary really is abysmal

I suppose you think he should take it off for you, so you won't be offended.

As for the AW claim, he's a professional athlete, what did you expect? At least he isn't wiping his feet on the emblem at the 50 yard line.

To be fair, Cena is about as Massachusetts as voting for Republicans and not being fall-down drunk by 2pm.

Has Sanchize gotten to 300 *total* yards yet? Don't seem to be the case, at least outside of NY/NJ. Or even more TDs than INTs?

Yes, yes, tongue firmly in cheek, but you get the point.
