(The Republic)   Alaska Rep. Don Young (R-INO) realizes the Hawaii senate candidate he endorsed two months ago is a liberal Democrat, and flip-flops back to endorsing his own party. Whoops   (therepublic.com) divider line 16

Bipartisanship leadership is what is lacking in the U.S. Senate and is what has brought our country to the edge of a fiscal cliff. Now more than ever Hawaii needs a real bipartisan leader to provide common sense governance to Washington, D.C.," Young said in a letter sent to his Alaska supporters.

OK, so to show bipartisan leadership*, you stop supporting someone who would prove your point and make your point by disproving your point.

*as opposed to whatever the fark "bipartisanship leadership" is

Typical, a republican speaks the truth and is later told that it isn't allowed in his party; therefore, he must change his opinion and toe the line because if there is one thing conservatives hate it is diversity in thought.

What's more bipartisan than endorsing both candidates in a race?

More importantly why does anyone care what an Alaskan thinks about the Hawaii senate race?

The issue is that if they don't toe the party line they get pressure from the party elietes..... this is odd especially when you have tea baggers and bible pounders allowed to spew hate and unprecedented amounts of money pouring into their campaigns and Superpacs....it begs the question exactly who is setting the narrative and why.

Exactly. Non-continuous states can suck a high hard one. If you were important God wouldn't have separated you from the righteous 48.

Little known fact: Those black boxes are actually there. It's why you have to approach Alaska and Hawaii by air, if you try to take a boat you'll run into the boxes.

I think it's more that Don Young, in addition to being corrupt, is a senile old fark who can't actually tell the letters D and R apart anymore.

Is this the same Don Young that was on the NRA board or whatever board-like thing the NRA has? It'd be hilarious for him to have endorsed a liberal democrat.
