Scorpitron is reduced to a thin red paste: pute kisses like a man: I recently read a lawyer write about kafka. literature people have routinely avoided or ignored the legal thought present in kafka... but, as this lawyer said, kafka was a pretty good lawyer back in his day, and there was a real awareness about legal theory in his works.

i didn't read the whole thing and it's been a while since I read kafka, but I enjoy when someone finally points out the obvious that critics ignored as metaphor.

I'd be interested in a link-type thing, if you have one.

thanks for making me look it up.

it was actually an article published in a law review. I had only read a critcism of the article, but I don't remember where I read it.

I can't find a good link to where I originally read about it, but here's a link to a blog mentioning it. in the blog, there is a link to the original article, but for some reason fark didn't let me link to the article (or I just failed).
