The VP debate does not appear to have moved the needle very much. And Obama is probably going to go out on Tuesday and not have the balls to call Romney on his lies again.

/which is not necessarily his fault, because how often does a black guy getting in the face of a rich white guy go well for the black guy?

There comes a time when someone or something is so blatantly full of shiat, that even FOX couldn't "report" on it with a straight face.

I hear they even (briefly) mentioned the massive voter registration fraud by the Republicans. But they're still 8.4 brazillion hours shy of the air-time they gave O'Keefe

Romney is still a centerless, soulless, entitled douchebag. He'll say something to remind of us that fact shortly.

///Romney won the first debate because of white privilege

Romney "won" the first debate because the media needs a horse race narrative. "Oh look, he's coming back from behind, they're rounding the final turn, what a race!"

The next debate the media will call a draw, regardless of what actually happens. "Obama did better, expectations were higher, blah blah blah"

The third debate will be declared a slight win for Obama.

I laid this narrative out before the first debate, and so far its coming true. About the only place you might get a less commerce-driven viewpoint is NPR.

It really puts to bed the notion that the mainstream media has a liberal bias. If that were the case, they'd be calling the first debate for Obama, and pushing the line that the election is in the bag. But capitalism really does work, these are businesses, and they need eyeballs and ad dollars.

The plan is to let Jesus take care of all the complicated tax stuff. This gives them plenty of time to hate minorities and women and start all those wars.

Doesn't really matter who is doing the calling out... The bottom line is that the Romney campaign and the GOP in general seem to think that lying is only way they can win some of the American people's favor. Remember... these are the people who proclaim that they're somehow more moral than the other guys.

Some people will believe them. Some people already do and will continue to believe everything the Romney campaign and the GOP tells them to believe without question. And the saddest part about that is that those people firmly believe that electing the people lying to them will somehow improve our country. They also believe that if we elect the people who aren't lying constantly, it will ruin our country.

We are better than that. The world is watching... I say we prove we are better than that. My vote will be cast accordingly. What about yours?

I have a friend who calls out the source whenever they re critical of republicans. Blames MSM, etc, even when it is true.

For a second, act educated. Because it is your boy being criticized, please don't act like it can't be true. Republicans aren't infallible, and democrats aren't either. If you took Romney's weiner out of your mouth for a second you'll see that reality extends past the Mormon underwear that keeps chafing your nose.

Therefore because you trample on the poor
and take from them levies of grain,
you have built houses of hewn stone,
but you shall not live in them;
you have planted pleasant vineyards,
but you shall not drink their wine.
For I know how many are your transgressions,
and how great are your sins-
you who afflict the righteous, who take a bribe,
and push aside the needy in the gate.

Basically Romney and Ryan don't have a solid plan. They're only relying an spun up attacks on Obama for not fixing Bush Jr's mess while the Republican party did everything in their power to prevent him from lowering unemployment.

Romney even bragged in private that they won't have to do anything because the economy will spike up on it's own.

Wait, so a group can be both nonpartisan and be left-leaning/right-leaning? Come again?

"Left-leaning/right-leaning nonpartisan" think tank. Now that's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one.

What does it matter what Romney/Ryan's plan actually is? It's a campaign prop, nothing more. It's a shiny thing to dangle in front of people to get attention, and after the election it's going to be tossed in the shredder whether they win or lose.

I say that your vote is outnumbered a hundred to one by people whose entire ethos is "sticking it to the libs." They seriously do not care about the specifics. They don't care that Mitt Romney basically said he was going to nationalize the oil and energy industry. They don't care that a revenue neutral tax cut is mathematically impossible. They don't care that Romney's positions are only determined when the questions are asked and change by the minute. They saw a rich white guy with impeccable hair confuse the hell out of a President who couldn't even process the amount of unrepentant bullshiat coming at him, and they cheered, not because they processed the information and came to a reasoned conclusion based on objective reality. They cheered because they hate their idea of the President.

And they won't be happy until the United States is a dystopian mutant of theocratic corporatocracy.

2) Romney pays a ~0% tax rate

Neither of these things fix any of America's problems. Obama 2012.

Technically they're correct and that's the best kind of correct.

On the other hand the only way for the AIE and Harvard studies to show that Romney's plan is "revenue neutral" is for Supply Side economics to work it's magic and have the US experience the largest growth rate in our entire history. Which is about as likely as monkeys flying out of my butt.
