Atomic Spunk: Is it possible for a non-attorney to file a $3 billion lawsuit? Because I can't imagine this crazy woman would be able to find an attorney willing to file a suit this frivolous, unless the attorney really wanted to be disciplined or disbarred.

Apparently filed by herself, and hoo boy, but we have some 190 proof distilled crazy in this, to the point I seriously wonder if it is in fact possible for someone to be Baker Acted on the basis of a dismissed lawsuit showing clear evidence of severe psychosis.

(No, seriously, some of the stuff in that lawsuit is straight out of "The CIA put a laser in my butt to talk to the Lizard People on Zeta Reticuli" levels of bugfark nuts. "Makes the average caller on Art Bell seem sane and coherent in comparison" levels of crazy. "Likely eligible for office as a Tea Party candidate" levels of bats-in-the-belfry, toys-in-the-attic screwball.)

So, let's say this lady won and actually got the money. What are her next steps? What does she do with the money? What does the money solve? Eyeball camera removal surgery?

Bondith: I know crazy people still have rights, but don't we generally try to keep them away from things they can use to harm others, like sharp objects and shoelaces and the legal system?

How do you harm others with shoelaces? Are you some kind of ninja ex-KGB agent?

Casey Anthony in cahoots with Nancy Grace -- great jumping Jesus you'd have to a long way to find more fantastical claim.
