1) Mark down the price, try to sell next year. If that doesn't work: 2) Bulk-sale to discount retailers (Ross, dollar stores, etc.). If that doesn't work, either 3-A) give to goodwill (the right, but rare thing) or 3-B) damage them so that they can't be scavenged and re-sold, bag or box them up and dump them in landfills. (The more common solution.)

The main problem I have with Slut-o-ween is that most of the real people who wear these costumes have no business doing so. But then again, that's the norm when it comes to tight clothing.
