(YouTube)   Put on some Dixieland jazz and grab your liquor; it's The Killer Shrews from MST3K season four. Joel, Servo, and Crow endure this painfully hilarious monster movie. "Quick, everyone, light your martinis"   ( ) divider line 7

Painful? For a late-'50s, low budget sci-fi movie, it's pretty good. It's also cool to see James Best being a badass instead of a bumbling sheriff.

I hated that episode. "The Killer Shrews" has woeful special effects but it DOES have a terrific script and decent acting all around. Plus the heroes succeed in the end by using logic and their intelligence. It is a movie that is too good to deserve the MS3TK treatment
