Come on, my fellow Republicans. Let go of your hate. This is a damn decent thing to be
a part of.

Even if you hate Uncle Joe with the fiery hate of a thousand suns, how can you hate on
a movement to donate to several worthy causes AND bring an internet meme to life?

It's at $3295 now - would LOVE to see it hit $3500 even before dinner is over.

I apologize for unloading on you. You were just in time to be the proverbial straw.

*handshake offered*

*shakes* I was an asshole, and taking out my bitterness where it really shouldn't've been. So, clean slate.

Happens to the best and worst of us. But may I compliment you, as others have, on manning up and saying so. That is truly a rare and wonderful thing on the intertubes. Well done.

Happy Friday!

*tips beer to you*

Just to be clear, I was an asshole right back. I'm sorry.

Cyclometh: Someone on Jalopnik pointed out that it would be even more epic if we could get Jill Biden to brush her hair using the rear-view mirror just once.

And apply lipstick. Yes, yes yes! Farrah hair-do.

YES!

kimwim: Girion47: Automatic is the AOL of the auto world.

I second this. Stick is the only way to go.

Except automatic is far more ubiquitous than AOL by a long shot. More like the Google of the auto world. It's getting more and more difficult to find manual transmission cars, especially since the newer automatics work much better and sometimes have controllers for changing gears manually but without a clutch.

rjucksch: RichieLaw: That way we can just go get it and bargain the price down.

Perhaps a used-car lot or dealer that would be willing to donate one in order to gain some serious publicity?

Problem is that we are not a 501(c)3 non profit. They wouldn't be able to write it off. But we can definitely make it part of the negotiation process.

The faster this dollar amount goes up, the more Joe will have to do SOMETHING with the damn car. Mwa ha ha ha ha. Can't wait.

/Love the Jill Biden idea too.

Ok, going back and rereading the Onion articles on Uncle Joe...particularly the Dave and Busters banning and laying low in Mexico...I nearly pissed myself from laughter.

No matter what side...left or right, you have to admit you like the Uncle Joe meme, and how Fark is crushing this thing today.

Who's up for making a badge? I needs me a badge!

The general response I got from some right-wing people I know who considered it (I got quite a flew flat nos) is that they would if GLAAD weren't listed. I'm guessing they stopped reading after they say the "gay and lesbian" part of GLAAD on a Google search. But, FWIW, one or more of the charities offending someone's religious sensibilities is a reason someone can hate on it.

Kit Fister: extroverted_suicide: Kit Fister: Cyclometh: $2855... this is amazing.

The sad thing about this is that people on here will do threads like this to buy Biden a TA, but will they give to Cancer, AIDS, or any other charity? No. But yes, of course, Biden needs a TA.

Maybe when this one wraps up, we can do another one to buy you some farking eyes and a working brain.

Yeah, I deserve that. I posted before I read because I was being a jackass. I'm sorry. :(

And giving Joe a car is not charity. It couldn't be written of as such. Although, it could go on the books as advertising for the car lot
