I wonder if Putin will be shutting up now or if he wants to continue to poke a senior NATO nation? You'd have thought Putin would have made it clear to his Syrian puppets not to fark around near the Turkish border and just concentrate on the internal cleansing. Of course you'd also have though he'd keep his mouth shut when Turkey makes a few gestures to respond to the fact their side of the border is getting shelled.

Bravo on the headline....

....and this story would have been a good candidate for the "Obvious" tag.

The Turks should lay all the stuff they confiscated out in a warehouse in the airport and allow the media to come in and photograph it.

Marcus Aurelius: Turkish news reports indicated that the equipment included electronic communications devices

No, not *GASP* radios!

There are radios and then there are military radios. No doubt these are the latter and not something that the Syrians should be allowed to receive (no pun intended).

Journalists in the Middle East are probably a bit more professional about that sort of thing.

Does anyone else think it's weird that they are reporting from the safety of Beirut about the civil war in Damascus instead of the other way around? Or am I just really old?
