They dig his squeaky-clean lifestyle and hope to join him one day once they drop the shackles of addiction.

Or, they just hope to meet him one day so they can steal his expensive shiat to pawn for drugs.

I think I've discovered RW troll repellant...le'see.

When Mitt said "My plan does cover preexisting conditions" at the debate was he lying? if not, why not?

just a heads up. I know the difference between people maintaining continuous coverage (Mitt's actual plan/the law preObamacare), and people who have lost their ins. and can't find affordable new ins.

I am not going to defend an outright lie....why would I? Only Dems defend lies. How about this these:

Obama: "I've proposed a specific $4 trillion deficit reduction plan. ... The way we do it is $2.50 for every cut, we ask for $1 in additional revenue."

The Truth: "No budget analyst agreed with this accounting. Obama's $4 trillion figure, for instance, includes counting some $1 trillion in cuts reached a year ago in budget negotiations with Congress. So no matter who is the president, the savings are already in the bank."

Obama: "Over The Last 30 Months, We've Seen 5 Million Jobs In The Private Sector Created."

The Truth: "That Statistic Tries To Obscure The Fact That The Overall Job Record So Far In This Presidential Term Has Been Negative."

So Mitt lies about something that thousands of Americans need in order to stay insured.

Mitt, in the middle of a debate, said his plan does something to help thousands of sick Americans when in fact it doesn't. It wasn't a mistake, he invented Obamacare, he knows what he's saying. He lied about what his plan will do for Americans in desperate situations because of our broken healthcare system.

gotcha. thanks for admitting that.

and after admitting you're aware Mitt is a deliberate liar you bust out some pithy debunked math as some sort of both sides are the same so vote GOP swipe. pathetic

Haven't read the article. Lilo is an Obama supporter from way back.
So before I read it, I'm gonna go with subby being a troll, or Reverse Psychology.
But with the trouble she's been in -- and the way Obama rebuffed her
in 2008 when she begged to be part of his celebrity campaign effort --
why would she say it out loud?

I will say this, Obama's timeline for benghazi and what those attacks were about comes off a bit CYA and fishy...as long as they're going after those responsible and working to make sure it doesn't happen again (which I believe they are) I'm satisfied enough.

your examples of Obama lies are old and weak attacks accomplished with fuzzy math. Knowing you I'm sure you already know this.
Mitt flat out said his plan did something for Americans who really need it, when in fact it did not.

Hell his entire "plan" is without any detail at all...other than we'll work it out with congress, which is about as pie in the sky as it gets.

Like I said - you either bury your head and refuse to believe or just continue the lie.
Here:

Obama: "over the last two years, health care premiums have gone up - it's true - but they've gone up slower than any time in the last 50 years."

Truth: "Obama got himself into trouble by saying "premiums" instead of "total health care spending." It's not his first time, either. We dealt with this linguistic confusion before when we evaluated Obama's pledge to reduce health care premiums for the typical family by $2,500 -- a Promise Broken on the Obameter. Using Project Vote Smart, a database of public statements by politicians, we found evidence of Obama using the two terms interchangeably, which is a mistake."

Obama: "Romney and Ryan will gut pell grants for low-income college students."

Truth: "Ryan has called for changes in the Pell Grant program. His fiscal year 2013 budget proposal, known as "Path to Prosperity," says that Obama's budget "pushes Pell Grant spending toward unsustainable rates." Ryan's budget plan proposes "limiting the growth of financial aid and focusing it on low-income students who need it the most."

He does not, however, set specific funding levels for the program, so we don't know how much Ryan would limit the program's growth. However, Ryan said in April that his plan "maintains the maximum Pell award of $5,550," so for those who do receive the grants, they will continue to get the same level as this year.

Obama: "I will walk on that picket line with you, if workers are denied the right to bargain."

Truth: He Lied

"I've done more for Israel's security than any President ever."

"Virtually every Senate Republican voted against the tax cut last week"

Do you want to take these one at a time, as a group or just scribble some snarky comment and just call me stupid. Your choice.

"He mistakenly referred to premiums, not all health care spending for 50 years. The historical data for premiums is generally consistent with his claim, but they only go back 14 years."

So, he was right about healthcare spending in general and wrong about the premiums because the datat doesn't go back that far.
