Well, Paul Ryan is a little dirtball.

Oh, please. Take a flying leap, R-tards.

Sooooooo.....they feel the same way about Romeny''s last performance, of course?

This. I'm getting really sick of two things.

1. Republicans need to stop being mad just because democrats are actually fighting back.

2. Republicans need to learn to admit when they're wrong or they lose. Plenty of liberals admitted that Obama lost last week, but not a single conservative can admit that Ryan lost last night.

I'm not sure how anyone can call Joe Biden rude, or even impolite in that debate.

I wanted him to hold up his hands, stopping everything, and say "Martha can we please bring an extinguisher on stage? I'm afraid that my friend here is close to having his pants spontaneously combust."

It's amazing to read Farker political comments. Where do you all live? It's amazing how different it is from where I live, and it's most likely the same country.

Biden tore Ryan into little pieces, freeze-dried them and is eating them with 2% milk for breakfast right now.

And GOP- you don't get it both ways. When Romney was smirking, interrupting the President and the moderator and generally being a classless asshole, you cheered.

You herped it, you derp it, motherfarkers. Don't cry because the Democrats figured out they can play your game better than you can.

I also wonder why libs have so much admiration for arrogance, boorishness, rudeness, and, often, outright ignorance. Do you really think that by treating people condescendingly that you'll make them agree with you?

Ryan was asked for specifics and provided none. Really at that point, there is no way for him to actually win. Thole whole point was to answer the questions, when you completely dodge one, that's it.

It's sad. True and sad. It's absolutely impossible to use facts anymore to discuss things with Republicans. Liberals keep making this mistake: presenting people with truth and facts does not change their opinion. In fact, it just makes them mad and they believe even harder in their opinion. If you want to get votes from those people, you have to frame the facts so they appear to line up with the fear and emotions.

In a CBS poll, 50 percent thought Biden had won; only 31 percent thought the same of Ryan. In the CNN poll, 48 percent thought Ryan won. Only 44 percent thought Biden came out on top.

CBS poll was of undecided voters. CNN poll was of all debate watchers.

Correction: he refused to give any substantive answer to any question except those regarding abortion, aside from answers that were abandoned after the full Biden press. It was almost stunning to see Ryan come to a VP debate in this kind of format and not expect Biden to disagree with him.

If someone wanted me to invest in their company and they claimed I'd get a return of 200% in a year, I'd think great! show me the plan. If they then told me they'd be working out the details after I gave them my money I'd think they were crooks...wouldn't you?

I also find it interesting that he took the "either life begins at conception or it doesn't" tack, yet goes on to say... but if they kid's the result of a rape, farking kill it... it's only a full human being with a soul?

If you are in the "life begins at conception" camp... no abortion should be performed ever under any circumstances. Unless he means life in the sense that it's not a human being, only an alive potential human as most pro-choice people believe... in which case, why not be pro-choice?

I'll bet you can't stand a naked light bulb either.

I'm struck by the intellectual consistency shown by the Dems, and the remarkable hypocrisy shown by the Republicans. After the Romney-Obama debate, the Dems weren't clutching their pearls breathlessly about how terribly rude and boorish Romney was. They just thought he lied. They were angry that Obama didn't fight back, and annoyed that the moderator didn't take charge more. And the Republicans were praising Romney for being dominant and taking charge. Fast-foward to the VP debate, and the Republicans are whining about the exact same stuff they were complaining about a week before. Incredibly hypocritical, and pretty revealing.

Ryan was reciting text segment he memorized. You can't actually see a little switch flip and him basically pressing play on his tape recorder.

Biden had a much better handle on the facts and appeared smarter and more experienced.

The debate format was 2 minutes for each response for each person and the balance of the 10 minutes was supposed to be them mixing it up. At one point, Biden literally looked at the moderator for confirmation that what he was doing "mixing it up" was OK. If Ryan was afraid to interrupt Biden, that was a calculated choice he made. If Biden was interrupting Ryan when he was bullshiatting, that is the best time to interrupt someone.

If you notice, when Ryan was talking some bullshiat anecdote (from the heart) story, Biden didn't smirk, laugh or interrupt. He was respectful.
