Which I myself have been. But I made my own costume, and wore combat boots with the dress, since I couldn't find any comfy red stilettos that weren't a gazillion dollars.

I have a photographer friend. He took a picture of my empty apartment, then without moving the camera at all, took 8 different pics, and photoshopped them all together. Yeah, I love that picture :)
