highwayrun: Crazy as she might have been, she was right on this one. "It ain't gay if balls don't touch." "It ain't gay cause I don't take no pee-pee in my mouth." "It ain't gay because I don't kiss on the mouth." "We ain't kissing-we just exploring each other's mouths."

JasonThomasX: What ridiculous rationalizations. All of those things are totally gay. There's nothing wrong with it, but if you do any of those things you are not "straight".

There are so many men who have sex with other men without acknowledging/accepting that they are gay or bisexual that it's a major issue with substantial epidemiological repercussions. The American "Down low" phenomenon is just the most recent example. However obvious it might be to you or I that such people are gay, and however transparent such claims that it "isn't really gay" might be, it's a very common thing.

Anyone who deals with public hygiene, AIDS prevention, etc. has to take it into account.

How is a church, with tax exempt status, passing around political petitions?

Ask the Rev. Wright, he campaigned for Prez Zed from the pulpit.
