Is there anything more annoying that dogs barking and whining? I had to mute the video immediately cause barking is like fingernails on a blackboard for me. If I ever have a dog, it'll have to be one of those silent kind.

amen. i love dogs. but, if my neighbors can't shut their yappy little shiatstains up, i think I'm just going to have a horrible life.
