There's a board ruling in Tennessee that says do not put a non-service animal in the back of an ambulance with a patient.

Do you know why?

A rescue squad in East Tennessee put a "dead" deer they hit in the back with a patient they were transporting, with the intention of eating it later, and the deer woke up and beat the crap out of the tech and the patient while trying to get out of the box.

The reason we have regulations against seemingly common sense and stupid things is because people have done those things which go against intelligence and common sense.
