abhorrent1: Isn't there a white version of Al Sharpton that can go on TV and be outraged about this? If George Zimmerman was there he could have stopped this.
PallMall: TheEdibleSnuggie: This is a justifiable case of self-defense/ stand your ground. But really, would mourn the loss of miscreants like those kids that just randomly knocked out a 50-year old man for shiats-and-giggles?I've said it before, and I'll say it again- Kids think their stupid little games are funny and cool until somebody gets killed because somebody was defending themselves from a random vicious attack. Maybe more people need to start practicing this.I don't think that would hold up in court. It would require a reasonable person to believe that a single punch is considered a threat to your life.Odds are, you'd be shooting them in the back as they walked away, or in the front when you caught their attention and they turned to see what was going on.Makes me think you got your ass handed to you a lot in school.
TheEdibleSnuggie: Let me put it this way...if I get sucker punched, but I'm not knocked out- and I'm carrying...He won't be spending time in prison...unless they can put bars on a casket.
Fissile: It's a little game urban yutes play called, "knock out". They demonstrate their manliness by knocking out someone with a single punch. From what I've seen, the victims are not exclusively white. Yes, the miserable little shiats need a few years in a real "pound them in the ass" type prison.
abhorrent1: enik: Switch the races of the perps and the victimThen the game would be called blackout instead of knockout.
enik: Switch the races of the perps and the victim
