I was sortof hoping this could be a picture/caption contest. I was totally ready to compare and contrast "As slender as Cinderella's ankle" with "Honey Boo boo's Mom's ankle: Thick as a brick"

Alas.

And I only know who Honey Boo boo is from what I see on Fark.

It is, the "official" title is The Municipal Building of City Hall, you go there to get your building permits, marriage licenses and such stuff, a part of City Hall but not City Hall proper.
