Huh? Making a little radio transmitter has been cheap as hell for a long time. Getting it up there is the expensive part and it's still expensive as hell.

LOL. 18 is a critical failure in 3d6 table top games. It's great for rolling damage, but that's after a crit. hit is determined.

they both work more or less the same way, actually.

hell, they've used torpedo tubes to deploy divers in the past if i'm recalling correctly. you just don't fire the compressed air charge normally used to squirt the torpedo out.

When we finally get around to using space travel as much as we use air travel, there is going to be so much shiat cluttering our orbit. I would be it will become a lot bigger of a problem than it already is.

It's already a problem, but not one that's impossible to solve.
Hopefully with more traffic in space there will also be more money invested in cleaning things up.
