Prison Rape Thread!

/cause it's funny

2012-10-09 11:05:33 AM
1 more to complete today's prison rape trifecta.

2012-10-09 11:05:59 AM
Not long enough. There's still a slight chance the farker could get out alive. Why didn't they sentence him to the maximum of 442 years?

2012-10-09 11:06:00 AM
His victims are all busy getting caught with pot, so they get a chance to share a cell with him...

2012-10-09 11:06:03 AM
In before, OMG ONLY 30 YEARS! outrage.

Whatever, he will end up dying in prison - Either by old age or at the handiwork of another inmate.

He is going to die in prison anyway.

2012-10-09 11:06:56 AM
That's just a tad more than the 2 years they expected in a previous article. Guess it's not minimum security now.

WTF Indeed: In before, OMG ONLY 30 YEARS! outrage.

You're tooooooo late!

/and yes, I'm saying that in Swiper's voice

Probably sooner rather than later...

That's a hell of a sentence, Jerry.

Judge: Jerry, why? Why did you do it?

Jerry: F*CK YOU THAT'S WHY!!!!

No I'm not. You simply voiced your displeasure. I was referring people who feed off the outrage that stories like this provide. Hell, you didn't even have a randomly capitalized word in your post.

2012-10-09 11:09:22 AM
Even if he did get out, the Penn State fans would run him out of town on a rail after tarring and feathering him.

2012-10-09 11:09:32 AM
He'll make it as long as Dahmer.

2012-10-09 11:10:21 AM
I figured this was setup for one of those multiple hundred year sentences. Why only 30-60?

2012-10-09 11:10:55 AM
Meanwhile, all of his victims got a life sentence.

I hope they get all of the help and support that they need.

He's 68 now. At minimum sentence length he'd be 98 years old if he managed to survive. Now factor in thirty years of medical advancements, and theoretically speaking he could actually still get out alive and be 128 years old.

He'd probably look like this though:

bulldg4life: I figured this was setup for one of those multiple hundred year sentences. Why only 30-60?

Because it's within the standard sentencing range for the crimes he was conicted of?

/just spitballin' here.

2012-10-09 11:12:06 AM
Hey Jerry, man. Watch out for your cornhole.

2012-10-09 11:12:13 AM
For those who think 30 years is too short:

If he's still alive when he's 98, he'll most likely go straight to a nursing home and sit in a wheelchair with an oxygen tank, and have no visitors, so he'll die alone and probably senile. Better that the taxpayer doesn't have to put up the additional money to house him. He won't be hurting anyone at 98.

He'd also have to admit guilt to get out that soon. If he's still physically capable of doing anything harmful, he'll probably still be maintaining his innocence like he is now, and thus wouldn't be released.

2012-10-09 11:12:42 AM
I usually think it's bad when people get raped in prison. Usually.

2012-10-09 11:13:08 AM
Great news everybody!

I've invented a machine that makes your hear the intro to the Tool song Prison Sex play over and over in your head as you read this thread.

/ba da badum, bowwwwww

Works out to 8 months per count on the low end. You can get more time for having a bag of weed. How much time would you want him to have, regardless of his age, if he raped your 10 year old?

abhorrent1: Prison Rape Thread!

In this monster's case, yes. It's hilarious and well-deserved, actually.

2012-10-09 11:13:47 AM
How wide?

douchebag/hater: And it couldn't happen to a more deserving person.

Not so sure. There is Alan Horowitz, currently in prison in New York State. A foul, kid diddling son of a biatch. Before jumping parole back in the 80s, the motherfrakker wrote columns to NAMBLA from prison. A pox on him, and big props to the guys who are trying to revoke his rabbinical ordination.

2012-10-09 11:14:43 AM
Started as a tight end

2012-10-09 11:15:15 AM
Weird, I thought he'd been sentenced already.

2012-10-09 11:15:18 AM
Am I to understand that it is a 60 year sentence with the possibility of parole after 30 years?

2012-10-09 11:15:50 AM
I hope he suffers ever single minute he's in.

He's a sick, twisted man. I don't expect his fellow inmates will take too kindly to him. No, I don't want him raped. I just want him to live in abject fear of being killed that gets worse by the day.

2012-10-09 11:15:52 AM
Nevermind, looks like it was on the low end. I thought it was fewer individual counts on the indictment.

Still, he's gonna die in prison. Attaching a big number to the sentence is just grandstanding and really irrelevant to the actual process of justice.

He got a long and protracted death sentence, that should be enough for anyone reasonable.

2012-10-09 11:16:04 AM
I'll be happy to rage about the sentence length: To be clear,he brutally abused children and received less than 1 year per count.

HMS_Blinkin: In this monster's case, yes. It's hilarious and well-deserved, actually.

No person deserves to be raped, and our prison system shouldn't be institutionalized vengeance.

Glad this guy's going to die in prison, right where he belongs. Yesterday he was blaming the victims and their families and claimed they were part of a conspiracy with the media, the police, the legal system, and Penn State to bring him down. What a delusional piece of shiat.

My usual outrage is a measured, focused yet subtle outrage. Unless it is Georgia beating Florida. Then may God have mercy on your soul.

kiteless: Works out to 8 months per count on the low end. You can get more time for having a bag of weed. How much time would you want him to have, regardless of his age, if he raped your 10 year old?

About 30 minutes before I killed the bastard myself.

cgraves67: Am I to understand that it is a 60 year sentence with the possibility of parole after 30 years?

I think he can get released when he's 98, if he makes it that long and/or the Sisters don't get to him first.

2012-10-09 11:17:09 AM

Cybernetic: Meanwhile, all of his victims got a life sentence.

Yep. Maybe this will give them some sort of closure.

Fark that guy.

TheGreatGazoo: Even if he did get out, the Penn State fans would run him out of town on a rail after tarring and feathering him.

Whattaya talkin about? A lot of folks are still defending the guy, and his Lawyer support fund is still getting enough money coming in, and fat enough to support several appeals, which he is already planning to do.

2012-10-09 11:17:54 AM

Sasquach: I'll be happy to rage about the sentence length: To be clear,he brutally abused children and received less than 1 year per count.

And they're the lousy years to boot. It's kind of a bargain.

Bashar and Asma's Infinite Playlist: No person deserves to be raped

If the jumping off point can't be agreed upon, I guess there's no point in continuing.
