"Rockin" as in crack rock. This endorsement makes more sense than most.

You can tell Kid Rock took this seriously because he looks like he showered.

Whatever it is, it causes weird stroke-like symptoms with speech patterns: 'Bawitdaba da bang a dang diggy diggy diggy said the boogy said up jump the boogy'

Irrelevant has-been pulls out all the stops to keep from having to go out and keep working, supports Republican politician. Shocking, I tells you. What, is Kid afraid he'll have to sound like an even bigger pussy than last time to score another radio hit?

If I'm going to take advice from a Michigan musician, it's going to be Iggy Pop.

I don't see how he can top talking over himself singing Sweet Home Alabama over Werewolves of London.

Kid Cock is proof that if you do enough drugs and kill enough brain tissue, you'll be dumb enough to support a republican wall corporate crook like Rmoney.

Actually does make sense. He is a millionaire and really puts out no new music (earned income) and if he invested could see a nice decrease in his cap gains taxes if the trickle-down team gets elected. Remember the GOP is all about I got mine, FARK you 47%ers

Kid Cock may have fried his brain with drugs, but his Cock still works well according to various reports cumming in from the field.

I went to this event last night.

At one point he said "I just want to be the first to say that I am proud that America first elected it's first black president!"

The house went silent.

He followed up with "I just wish he did a better job!" and that got the crowd going.

Honestly the most telling moment of the entire night.

Well after how the left reacted to that African American actress supporting Romney... (Hint: If you want to see racism, be a minority that disagrees with a liberal)... I doubt the left has anything worse to throw at Kid Rock.

A few generations of massive wealth disparity combined with racial segregation and a healthy distrust of education. Stir briskly, serve chilled. Michigan is a red state with splashes of deep blue around its major universities.

I'm only an amateur racist sniffer, not quite a pro yet. Kid Rock waited for applause. He got none.

One would think he would be used to that by now.

This is the same Kid Rock who wrapped himself in a flag and then threw it on the ground?

Oh yeah. Republicans' memory memory consists of what stays in the headlines at Fox News.

He's come a long way since "Monica Lewinsky is a farkin' ho, and Bill Clinton's a goddamn pimp!".

/that's as political as Kid Rock got in the 90s

It's the practice of intolerance in the name of tolerance... toward those who simply disagree with a liberal position.

This shocks anyone? This guy is lined up to be the Ted Nugent of the GOP in the 2040s. He'll re-record Bawitaba to include more reference to Jesus and Idealistic Platitudes. I can hardly wait!

Given their disdain for science, I would assume they're GOP voters.

he always seemed more in tune with the 'conservative voter', why is this surprising

Kid Rock is like countryish rock music, not sure who he'd be alienating seems like he'd be preaching to the choir...

Will Kid Rock be giving a rendition of "Balls in Your Mouth" soon?

It never ceases to amaze me how the swaggery, douchebag, "hard-rockin'," wanna-be badass guys have all become all super-conservative.

Practically every guy I knew who was a big metal-head as a teenager in the 80's is an enormous Limbaugh fan now.

They are and always have been the most insecure over-compensating followers I've ever seen. It's like their entire lives are spent walking around going "do you think this make me look tough?"

Even if he did, it's not like Kid Rock is a big proponent of Detroit. He hardly acknowledges that he's even from the area.

yeah a lot of those entertainers are going in that direction because that's what their audiences want to hear. they are doing it for purely selfish purposes and probably don't even believe it themselves; it's just business.
