Probably. It's been done before by Americans who dodged the law and fled to SoAm. If you become a parent of a child with a local in many of those countries they practically hand you citizenship on a silver platter. A lot of countries are loathe to extradite their own citizens, especially to the US, extradition treaty or not. Gives the term "anchor baby" a whole new meaning, doesn't it?

I guy I know works at a maximum security facility in my state. He says the killers get all the good mail. They censor the stuff. Women send nude photos of themselves, etc.

He thinks women have a psychological need to "change" bad men. I just think they're stupid.

It's an odd psychological trend that follows serial killer fandoms (if you have found out they existed well now you know). It's a bizarre level of narcissism that follows fangirls of killers that either they were falsely accused or just misunderstood. Guys get involved with this too when they think of killers as heroes or vigilantes despite what they did.

People are just dumb and think that they know the killer more than the public does and can help them when they'd just be six feet under like the victims.
