Niners D against Buffalo or Pack D in Indy?

2012-10-07 09:59:38 AM
Screw you, i'll start vinny testaverde if I want to

2012-10-07 10:04:16 AM
WR: Antonio Brown, Pierre Garcon or Nate Washington. One has to start. I have Brown in there at the moment. Any thoughts?

FriarReb98: Niners D against Buffalo or Pack D in Indy?

I'd go Niners. Fitzpatrick is probably going to cough that ball up a few times.

2012-10-07 10:10:36 AM
2 Wrs: Boldin, Jordy, Hartline, DeSean. I'm thinking DeSean and Hartline.

2012-10-07 10:10:51 AM
Damn you Amendola. Soo glad I passed on the trade offer for him this week.

2012-10-07 10:14:08 AM
14-team PPR
I just picked up Josh Gordon off the waiver wire on a lark. It would be batshiat crazy to start him instead of Stevie Johnson vs. 49ers wouldnt it? Tell me to put the farking computer down and do some laundry, please.

I am going Nelson against the colts d, but my options are not as good as yours I think (Brandon lloyd, Torrey smith).

Thinking of starting Dalton v. Miami over Brady v. Denver. I'm having a fever dream, right?

2012-10-07 10:16:32 AM
Also, does anyone have any scoop on Gronkowski? He's apparently having a tough time with a hip injury issue.

Jordy against the Colts D? Tasty

Espn says he practiced thurs and fri, and says belichick always lists guys as questionable. I am starting him over Brent celek.

Gore or battle as rb2? Charles locked as RB 1.

I would stick with Brady personally, but neither is awful

Flacco or Brady?

Yeah, I was having a momentary lapse of reason. Brady it is. Thanks.

Sancheez, of course.

2012-10-07 10:31:13 AM
Shallow league and roster, and now I'm "stuck" choosing between Morris, Bradshaw and McCoy for a W/T spot. Morris has had the best production lately, but I'm not sure which to go with.

Denver's linebackers are farking horrible in coverage. As a Bronco fan I'm really worried about what he's going to do today. But as a fantasy football gambler I'm starting him in all my lineups. Duality. How does that work.

Flacco has outperformed Brady like, twice, in the four games so far. And he's playing the Chiefs today while Brady is playing the Donkos

I wouldnt blink before putting McCoy in there.

He put up 22 for me as questionable last week. I'm not hesitating for a second to start him.

Bradshaw vs the browns d is enticing. You know the 2nd half will be mostly runs.

Fair point. I don't have dick to swap in for him anyhow. Gronk it is. Thanks for talking me back to reality, all.

Yeah, but this year, Morris has the highest point total to date. He isn't beating McCoy by much more than a point a game, but Morris is winning and the Eagles are at Pittsburgh.

I will continue to champion Morris this week.....The Falcons have not been all that vs the run....McCoy is also a good option as the Steelers have not be great but get some DEF reinforcements today....Bradshaw is a timeshare, and in the end I think the Giants are going to throw today...

Cedric Benson or Chris Johnson?

Leaning towards Benson.

I would, but only because A: its the Steelers, and B: Andy Reid keeps forgetting he's on the team.

In one league I'm 1-3 and playing a guy who is 3-1. The thing is, he has the lowest point total in the league.

Also my back field is atrocious. Sjax got me 5 pts Thursday. I need one of these for my other RB:

M Bush
F Jackson
B Bolden

/you can't polish a turd

Yikes. Bolden, I guess.

Benson. Johnson has been a total bust since he got paid.

I barely prepared for FFL this year and the only plan I had in advance was to make sure I got McGahee in the middle rounds. So glad that worked out.

/4-0 baby

2012-10-07 10:55:33 AM
Hartline or Eric Decker..

Malcom Floyd, Steve Smith, or Marques Colston..

Ben Tate or CJ Spiller in a flex play..

3 dif leagues. Decisions are kinda tough this morning. Initially going with Decker, Colston, and Spiller but I've been second guessing all week.

Yep. Game is in Indy and Rodgers/Nelson has been nothing short of nasty on turf.

There is a reason the person who spends the least amount of time on their fantasy picks winds up winning, same as the new girl in the office wins the ncaa tournament picks, most of the time its dumb luck.

Fantasy sports arent worth the effort at all.

Some real disappointments so far: Megatron, C. Johnson, Demarco Murray, Dez Bryant, Jason Witten, NYG D,

I chose poorly.

I'm sticking with the Giants' D this week because the Browns are terrible.

Now, my quandaries: RG3 vs ATL or Brees vs SD? Dennis Pitta vs KC or Greg Olsen vs SEA? I prefer Pitta's matchup, but last week he didn't do dick, while Olsen got 14 points.

2012-10-07 11:11:31 AM
So for my WR3 slot I've got Garcon or Andrew Hawkins in a game against the other guy tied with me for first in the division (exactly equal amount of points estimated for our teams). I'm afraid Washington and RG3 may pull out of Cam's playbook and try to run all over ATL, but Dalton really spreads the ball around and Hawkins really only gets a handful of targets a game. So conflicted.

2012-10-07 11:12:35 AM
Pick two:

Danny Woodhead vs. DEN
Andre Brown vs CLE
T.Y. Hilton vs GB
Shonn Greene vs HOU

Quick hint. Nobody on fark gives a shiat about your team. If you can't make a decision go to espn or Roto rankings. Most are only looking to verify the choice they already made.

Brown and Hilton. Jets offense is garbage on all levels. Woodhead might not see as many touches after last week.

Football, yes Baseball, no. Fantasy baseball's all about setting your lineup and scouting the FA list every single day.

I'm in a similar boat, but it's two of McCoy, Trent Richardson, Morris.

Thinking Morris stays on the bench still. I have trouble buying new breakout players in fantasy football. I also have Welker in a flex spot.

Maybe next week is the week I start benching people.
