soosh: HoagieBoy: Wow Soosh...eclectic mix. Any room for Innocence Mission or Ivy? The song on now triggered that....

I'll see what I can find. Any titles in paticular?

Nah, you're driving man. It's the vocals for me and it's all good.

HoagieBoy: fragMasterFlash: hng: better than "sounds like a drunk homeless guy trying to sound like Tom Waits"

You gonna switch it up and channel your inner Peter Frampton for your second set?

I was thinking Free Bird myself.

nah, sorry... but it is the Rock & Roll set... or something.

If you start drinking whisky now and really apply yourselves, you'll like what I've got...

farkingismybusiness: Bathia_Mapes: farkingismybusiness: What was the song before this song? The rap song.

soosh gives a brief lineup of songs played occasionally throughout the evening, but if he doesn't he'll post a playlist later on. Usually just before his show is over.

Cool. Has this happened before for liters? I'm drunk and getting deja vu.

I've been greenlighting the threads to post on both the main page & TFD for a few months now. It seemed unfair to keep all this music in TF and not share it with everyone on fark.

Any chance you can play farker anthem?

hng: Notabunny: hng: Ed Grubermann: Bathia_Mapes: HoagieBoy: LOL I didn't consider looking for a farker name..... THX

Both he and soosh (our host) live in Juneau, Alaska.

There are at least five Farkers that live here.

must be dirty liters... They probably live in Lemon Creek

I'm scared to do a gis

If we had a railroad, it would be on the other side of the tracks. Walmart, multiple tralier parks, correctionoal facility, landfill... If you ever come to Juneau on a cruise and book a tour, you won't see Lemon Creek.

Me thinks he's scared of Lemon Creek Parties.

soosh: Rafterman2: Good song. Ike and Tina?

Al Green

Thanks, I sit corrected.

That's fine. I had images of naked wrinkly old men in a hot spring.

"Heng"? My wife saw a guy at Freddies a few weeks ago who looks like HNG and she told me "I think I saw that guy from Fark, Hung, or something".

Drinking Yuengling instead of Whiskey....and was kidding about Free Bird. In all seriousness, from the sound of your voice I would think early Bruce would be in your wheelhouse.  You ever dabble in the Boss?

Post it in the thread. If soosh has it and the playlist isn't too full he may play it.

It's pretty "live", and never boring. I've yet to hear something I disliked and nearly every week soosh plays something I've never heard before. Last week he did a lot of Spike Jones songs. The week before that was heavy on the Butthole Surfers.

Covers like this make me glad I gave up dropping acid 20 years ago. Or did I....fark.
