What style of music is best suited for scaring the birds away?

Because I always wondered why certain musicians would often have pictures of themselves in some vacant field.

FTFA: His employer, a farmer from Aylsham, Norfolk, even warned him to "bring a deckchair and a good book" for his days in the oilseed rape field, where he will also practice his ukulele in the hopes of getting a full-time job in music.

Uh oh...

You mean if I'd gone through with it and majored in music instead of psychology in college I could have been a scarecrow?! And here I thought that majoring in music offered no real job prospects... lulz.

Heh. If only. I am a psychologist, not a psychiatrist (I cannot prescribe drugs, in other words), and I work for a non-profit organization. I chose the more lucrative field of the two, but make no mistake, I'm still poor as hell. That's why I'm only TF when someone's awesome enough to sponsor me. I mean, $5? Who's got that kind of scratch?

What, $400 a week to wander around being a noisy pest?

I know plenty of people who are that way don't earn anything at all.
