I honestly don't know why this is illegal. It's one thing to fark an animal, that might be painful to the animal and such, but getting farked by an animal just seems like something gross, but on par with eating your own poop or something.

And before someone talks about "informed consent" we don't ask for informed consent before anything else we do to animals, from eating them to giving some of them stupid haircuts or making them wear dumb outfits. Money isn't getting spent on rape kits in some states or towns, but there's money to prosecute some goofball that wants rover to bury his bone?
