varmitydog: Even though he is 32 years old, he has just recently started to make a millionaire's salary in baseball. Up until last year the most he ever made in a season $440,000. So as soon as Nelson Cruz started making big bucks in baseball, he went looking around to see how he could help. And he's doing it in a very efficient bang for the bucks way, not just starting a bogus foundation for tax purposes. Good for him.
