If it's not human failure and it's not mechanical failure, what kind of failure is it?
Software failure. A trouble ticket was open, and the developers are working on a patch. What more do you want?
Their name is American Airlines. Their equipment should be able to handle 300 pound passengers without falling apart. Anything else is false advertising.
