Come on now. If you're gonna call it rocket rather than the arugula that most people can identify, call it rapeseed oil, not canola.

Rocket = Broccoli Rabe

Broccoli Rabe is kinda like Kale or Spinach. When done properly it has a tangy bitterness to it. It's great with pork

Rocket is another name for Arugula. It's used fairly often as a salad green. Kind of peppery tasting and very good (IMO) when mixed with other greens and bits of fruit and meat with a sweet kind of salad dressing. I like the combination of peppery/spicy, salty/meaty and sweet. It's lovely.
