If GMs had half a brain this retard wouldn't get another coaching job, ever.

Dear Jeff,

Thanks for the team. A little time and TLC and now she is running like a top.

Love, Washington

The problems had more to do with Joe Buck hitting sub .200 after getting a huge Contract because of Loria, Heath Bell imploding after getting another huge contract, and Giancarlo Stanton getting hurt for a large chunk of the season.
Ozzie had his own problems, he was not the cause of the teams.

Didn't Loria fire the Manager of the Year one time, simply because he didn't like the guy? It was Freddie Gonzalez, wasn't it?

I completely forgot that Girardi managed the Marlins.

The funny thing is that we've had more championships in the past 15 years than most big name teams.

2/2 for going all the way!

Send him to the Red Sox

Him and Bobby Valentine should be sent to co-coach the Astros for our entertainment.

Well yeah, anyone who signs a terrible announcer who's never played baseball in his life is obviously not thinking clearly. That being said, I'm surprised old Joe managed to stay above .100.

I always want Ozzie managing one team or another. Just not so sure I want him managing mine.

Guillen's act gets tired real fast. Apparently the people in Miami didn't get the memo that it's cute and fun when Ozzie goes off.

Ozzie is really good for one thing: if you have a distracting issue on the team, he doesn't mind being the lightning rod to absorb media attention. The problem is that he can never shut that off.

Baseball managers have the lowest direct impact on the outcome of any major sport. The difference between a HoF manager and a bum is whether or not the players actually do what their supposed to.

If you disagree, then explain Phil Garner going from 92 wins to 10 straight losing seasons to winning the NL pennant to 82 wins to 58 wins and no longer managing.

Guillen might not be the best manager, but Loria's a clown.

How many former Marlins managers are managing playoff teams this season?

Three!

/Granted, Leyland was there before Loria.

Kinda tells you a lot about Chicago, doesn't it?
