Snapper Carr: If a lemon does that to a human whose gustation is nowhere near as powerful as a dog's olfaction (which is responsible for almost all of the information the animal receives about its environment and is only surpasses by a few species of bear, fish and shark), how do you think that affects the dog./The dog is not being cute, its senses are being overwhelmed and it has no idea what to do about it.
