Pretty sure there is some kind of mental disorder that causes mental health professionals to label every goddamn thing a disorder.

It's called greed. Anything classified as an official mental disorder is covered by insurance.

It's not a disorder if it's considered normal. Thus, I have an Internet Use Order.

I hope the treatment involves getting drunk and watching cat videos on YouTube.

I was just thinking about this the other day. I lost my job of ten years in July. I go to school for 1 hour a day twice a week and 3 hours a day twice a week. sometimes I come home and don't even do anything(important) online. But somehow I get sucked into it. I was doing good when it was warmer, but now it's kind of cold out and I can't ride the motorcycle as much. If I didn't work out almost everyday I'd probably be a lardass by now. But my point is I can see how some one who has no where to be can get sucked into wasting an entire afternoon sitting in front of a computer, and accomplish absolutely nothing.

That would be me I guess. I lost mine in June, and haven't had much luck finding a new one. So its mostly a matter of sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring and feeling very, very depressed and miserable. Having the net to browse is probably the only thing that keeps my mind off my troubles, so I end up spending most of the day staring at the screen. I just can't seem to work up the enthusiasm for anything else.

But honestly, even back when I was working I was an internet addict. If our connection went down I'd end up being cranky and mean after about an hour.
