I object to the COOL tag usage here. I highly recommend the FLORIDA or DUMBASS tags instead.

One, it's illegal to harass manatees.

Two, it's stupid to do it in broad daylight on a public beach.

Three, she looks like a manatee.

chop up a manatee with your speedboat, or take their habitat away by paying for the areas to be away from your mansion: you're just fine.
