Hate on Tyler Perry all you want, but he seems like a good guy to me. He's extremely generous. He stepped in and replaced a Boy Scout troop's trailer full of camping gear when it was stolen, he's purchased sports equipment for kids in poor neighborhoods, other things I can't think of at the moment. Oprah's pretty damn generous with her money too.
