The second day is upon us, anyone have any predictions for the day?

What's your top match for the day?

Can City beat Dortmund? Can Ajax take Madrid?

2012-10-03 12:34:55 PM
I may actually get to watch some of the matches today. Couldn't yesterday and probably won't be back in time tomorrow. Also probably won't be able to watch much today either, but whatever. Bring on 5PM Friday so I can kindly tell the week to fark off!

Milan looking pretty decent for a match in Russia!

/considering the way they've played so far this season I'm a bit shocked

2012-10-03 01:11:56 PM
That's more like what I expected

2012-10-03 01:55:33 PM
That own goal was a shame, they came back and were playing great

2012-10-03 02:06:14 PM
Abbiati came up huge, gotta be happy with 4 pts at this point after 2 games

2012-10-03 02:13:33 PM

Gordon Bennett: Hello, I would like to take this moment to tell all of you who predicted Celtic to finish the group stages with two points at the most to GIRFUY.

That would be me. So good luck and continue to prove me wrong

2012-10-03 02:46:16 PM
Meh, stuck at work. But the TV in the breakroom gets Fox Sports, so I can watch the match.

Pissing down at the Emirates but perfectly dry in Wimbledon

Dortmund fans provide a great atmosphere, or the greatest atmosphere?

2012-10-03 03:10:04 PM
You know, I usually don't like Arsenal's Champions League kits, but I like these.

2012-10-03 03:17:20 PM
Sorry for the late bump, folks

2012-10-03 03:21:02 PM

2012-10-03 03:33:45 PM
Get in Dortmund, they should be up 2-0 by now. City hanging on by the skin of Tevez's neck.

Cheers mate. I do hope so, but it's always tense when the bhoys are out there against that calibre of opposition.

2012-10-03 03:52:50 PM
Sorry, City, your halftime song is kind of lame. Tradition or not

2012-10-03 03:58:02 PM

2012-10-03 04:05:21 PM

2012-10-03 04:05:58 PM
Come on City

2012-10-03 04:08:47 PM
You can see that Reus hasn't been that look at Dortmund because he still scores now and then.

2012-10-03 04:09:29 PM
.. that long at Dortmund

Poor Joe, it must be hard for him to have to block all those goals without Buffy's help.

2012-10-03 04:31:24 PM
Giroud can't farking buy a goal right now.

2012-10-03 04:31:44 PM
Penalty for city!

I don't think it should have been though...

2012-10-03 04:31:50 PM
Lucky bastards, City

2012-10-03 04:33:08 PM
Ballotelli (spael cheque) scores!

1-1

Also, are they in Manchester or Germany? I've only heard German fans the whole night but the crowd seems to be in blue....

Yeah it was, arm was raised, always a penalty. farking city knobs, lucky to get out of this with a point.

2012-10-03 04:34:25 PM
OK, I'm bummed City was given a penalty at 80 something min when Dortmund has outplayed them the entire match. However, the Balotelli interaction was worth it

Fark off, City, you'll still end up playing on Thursdays

2012-10-03 04:44:44 PM
Looking at the final results from tonight, I don't think any were surprising aside from Shalke.

Though this one makes me laugh

Completely agree. Last year, when I went to Old Trafford, I thought I was at a baseball game. People clapping to music and corporate organized cheer, totally ridiculous.

As someone who just got back from a Thursday night EL match, I'm not getting a kick...
