Nope, f*ck you and f*ck them. I'm fine. This country can't even stop people that are charged with a serious crime from leaving the country. WTF makes you think they can actually enforce this? LOL.

But you can still go to any Pilipino street corner and buy an underage girl with a penis bigger than yours.

Wonderful moral conflicts.

Turning away the fat and old Westerners from spending their money on sex tourism is a hard sell I imagine, especially when some of the most powerful men on the planet partake of it.
Such truly loathsome people.

Anyway, my Ladyboy Retirement Fund is still directed towards Thailand.

As an American living in the Philippines, my impression so far is that while the culture here has many virtues, the ability to effectively administrate is definitely not one of them. The bureaucracy here can be downright impenetrable sometimes. Never have I seen so many rules written with absolutely zero consideration for the possibility of abuse, and the idea of posting complete written instructions for any process seems completely antithetical to whatever philosophy is behind the whole mess.

On the bright side, most of the people here would sooner commit suicide with their trusty fork and spoon than have a customer be upset with them.
