Well, to be fair, it's not like the teacher could've fought back without facing dismissal, a lawsuit and jail time...

Braggi: turn him around, put him in a bear hug and restrain him. If you cant restrain a 1st grader you have issues.

Your suggestion, to anyone in an even remotely similar situtation, reads "Have yourself arrested for child abuse and possibly put on the sex offender's list, he can't get to you behind bars."

As much as I'm inclined to make fun of his sissy girlyness, I have to imagine that having a kid be able to do literally anything to you and being completely unable to do anything about it for risk of lawsuits/job loss/prison would be incredibly frustrating.

It says that the kid starting kicking/hitting him, but when he tried to restrain him, the kid starting biting him. I'm not big on corporal punishment, but some kids need to have a date with a belt.

As the parent of a six year-old, 50 pound terror, I can assure you that the little bastard could do serious damage if he wanted to, especially to things like knees and testicles. The kids parents sound like idiots. "My poor son" indeed.

That said, teacher dude needs to man up if he is emotionally tormented by a six year-old. He sounds like he's trying to milk the system. The physical stuff I can understand, though.

Subby sounds like he's never had to deal with other people's dick kids. It probably does kinda f*ck with your head having someone do nothing but harass you all day, knowing you're not allowed to do anything about it unless you want to be either in prison or on the streets, unable to find a job (who's going to hire a child abuser?)

CSS:

NYC has a depressingly considerable number of young children who are already so crazy that they need to be institutionalized. Back when I was in training, there was a 6-year-old boy there who was institutionalized after he tried to kill his psychiatrist. He tried to strangle her, and hurt her pretty bad. It took three grown men to get him off of her. She was fighting back, too, but the kid had the strength of the truly crazy.

So yeah, it can happen, and I can guess that it might freak out a teacher to see a kid that crazy.

Of course, things like this happen when you do everything "for the kids." You wind up being governed by them.

I agree with you but lets not forget that if they kid came out of that with even a single scrape or bruise that teacher would be fired, have has name ruined (along with all future employment prospects) and possibly charged with a crime.

It's takes a real man to admit to that. It takes an idiot to tell everyone on the internets.
