Beauf: if you measure intake in calories rather than grams you would be better off with a certain number of calories in fat than HFC
Hebalo: pieterh: You can eat as much butter, cheese, bread (brown is better, fibre is good), meat, salt, fish, vegetables as you want, you will *not* get fat nor high cholesterol.One of these things is not like the others, one of these things just DOESN'T belong.Fibre is great, but bread is lousy delivery vehicle for it.

WhippingBoy: I hate articles like this. The morbos will be chundering down all of these "healthy" items which will then "prove" that they're incapable of losing weight because they're eating "healthy" but still gaining weight.
