Gee why did I look at the article when I could come here and see all the pictures reposted 14 times with the same tired joke over and over again?

Anyone else seeing the father from "Psyche"?

I think he looks less like Corbin Bernson and more like Shilinger on OZ if he grew up to be a decent man instead of a hatemonger.

dark side of the moon: I don't know anything about photography. The photographer said he developed the pictures "without proofing them first." What does that mean? Just curious.

proofing is when you would take all your exposed negatives and lay them on a sheet of photo paper, expose it and then develop it. Then you would look at the tiny pictures with a loupe (magnifying device) and decide which pics you were going to print. you wouldnt want to make prints of all the negatives as making a good print can be very time consuming.

/I miss spending time in the darkroom. stupid digital world......

dude with the coke bottle glasses. before my cataract surgery, I had glasses that could bend light around my head and you could see what's was coming up behind me. They made his look positively mild in comparison. Now I have mere mortal glasses.

robbiex0r: MadAzza: Got it! Willie Aames from "Eight is Enough."

That's not who I'm thinking of. I know there's a picture of almost that exact pose, with those thin lips, the same mullet, and only slightly duller eyes.

No, I meant, that's who the early Dana Carvey photo looked like. I'm not sure who you mean.

Yeah, but the eyefolds and time period make me thing the guess of Dayton Callie above might be right on the money.

Considering he was a starving actor in '83~84, it would also be to form for him to appear at this sort of audition.

Shame I can't find any early pictures of him. Anybody have a screen capture of him as a breakdancer from "Preppies"?
